You will go home with a jar of Kimchi , that you prepare, to ferment on your counter! At the end of the class we will have a kimchi and rice snack!

With Spring comes the promise of new life. The trees are starting to awaken, grass is starting to grow and flowers that have been silently waiting in the earth are now pushing up towards the sun. Farms are bustling with the birth of baby animals and preparations for crops.

New things are also on the horizon here at Rosary Acres! We have a new website (as you can see :) ), and lots of plans for a busy summer. Rosary Acres will be offering in-store classes, with the first being how to make kimchi! (Watch our Facebook page or our blog for more info.)

Our much loved and requested “Gourmet Grilled Cheese” sandwiches, made to order, on our fresh baked bread, will be available at the Ligonier Country Market!
